Central location right in front of the train station, yet the rooms are still very quiet, you can’t even hear the corridor, perfect if you noise sensitive. Everything is walking distance and food deliveries come to the hotel also, there is a grocery store next door (questionable) but all in all good. The room is super spacious, very modern and new, bathroom has a great shower, every day cleaning is available and all stuff is very attentive. Parking garage right under with reasonable fee.

Absolutely like this accommodation, right in the city centre so you can get anywhere by walking, grocery store next door and all the essentials nearby. The staff is very kind, direct but helpful. Parking garage right under the hotel super secure. Also the room is super spacious, beds are comfortable, clean (daily room cleaning opportunity), dogs accepted for extra charge. Another great option is that you can control the room temperature, even switch off the airco completely and open the window for fresh air.

Room is well designed, with enough cabinet space, coathangers, etc. Anti-slip floor in shower is very safe. There is no outside noise with closed windows, although a rather busy highway is passing the hotel. Location opposite train station, various busstops just outside the hotel, including the Citybus to the Altstadt. Close to main shopping area downtown.

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location when arriving by train from Munich and pulling luggage ,so convenient. It is also very close to a rent a bike shop when cycling the Danube . It was very clean and offered a very good breakfast in a lovely spacious dining room. It has an excellent location in Passau ,with the old town and all sights within walking distance. Lots of restaurants in the old town and an excellent Italian nearly next door. Super air conditioning!
